Spring Field Trips for Schools: Spring Tours
May 2-June 2, 2017, Tuesdays-Fridays
Historic interpreters challenge your students to use their critical thinking skills to discover life in this area as a fur trader, farmer, soldier, and tradesman. Students will be asked to compare and contrast today’s life to that of the past as well as consider how gender roles have changed over the years.
Times: Buildings are open from 9am to 3pm with flexible start and end times. An authentic 1830s school lesson time, as well as a lunch time, will be assigned to you.
Fall Field Trips for Schools: Discovery Days

Perfect for all elementary grade school students. Join us for Discovery Days when we explore life on a Belgian farm, at Fort Howard or as a fur trader in early Wisconsin.
This popular field trip for all ages offers your students an excellent overview of Wisconsin history from the 17th century into the 20th century. A wonderful active, engaging and educational field trip for the end of the school year!
