Finance and Administration Manager

The finance and administration manager will be a strategic critical thinking partner and report to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT.

Director of Sales and Marketing

As a member of the senior leadership team of Heritage Hill State Historical Park, the Director of Sales and Marketing will help build a positive working environment as well as inspire, transform and build our community through exceptional cultural and historic experiences.  You will be responsible for driving event revenue and delivering world class service for all events at the Park including direction of event staff, volunteers, visitor services, and beverage and concessions sales.

Visitor Services Associate

As a team member of Heritage Hill State Historical Park, you will help build a positive working environment as well as inspire, transform and build our community through exceptional live experiences. The Visitor Services Associate is responsible for the daily functions of the front desk and the gift shop.  This includes but is not limited to:  meeting and greeting park visitors, having knowledge of all the park happenings, providing a brief park orientation and direction for park visitors, completing daily cash transactions, answering incoming telephone calls, distributing mail, cleaning, stocking, database management, and volunteer coordination and social media management. This position requires a high level of critical thinking and the ability to work both independently and part as a team.

Event Bartender

Discovery History Camp Intern (Seasonal, Part Time) 

JOB SUMMARY (will download when clicked) 

The Discover History Day Camp Intern, along with other camp leaders, will communicate the regional history of Green Bay and northeast Wisconsin to diverse audiences using various techniques and hands-on activities.  The Discover History Day Camp Intern will improve their historical knowledge and communication skills through interpreting regional history.  This position will assist with the organization and implementation of daily activities, preparation and clean up of meals, and maintain inventory of program supplies.

Farmer Gardener Intern (Seasonal, Part Time)

The Farmer/Gardener Intern is responsible for the research and organization and general care of historic gardens and animals at Heritage Hill State Historical Park. The Farmer/Gardener Intern contributes to the overall mission and vision of Heritage Hill State Historical Park. This is a unpaid internship and Heritage Hill is willing to work with existing schedules.
