As a member of the senior leadership team of Heritage Hill State Historical Park, the Director of Sales and Marketing will help build a positive working environment as well as inspire, transform and build our community through exceptional cultural and historic experiences.  You will be responsible for driving event revenue and delivering world class service for all events at the Park including direction of event staff, volunteers, visitor services, and beverage and concessions sales.

Visitor Services 


Visitor Services Associate (Part Time, Hourly)

JOB DESCRIPTION (will download, when clicked)

 As a team member of Heritage Hill State Historical Park, you will help build a positive working environment as well as inspire, transform and build our community through exceptional live experiences. The Visitor Services Associate is responsible for the daily functions of the front desk and the gift shop.  This includes but is not limited to:  meeting and greeting park visitors, providing a brief park orientation and direction for park visitors, completing daily cash transactions, answering incoming telephone calls, distributing mail, cleaning, stocking, and assisting the Visitor Services Manager with database management and other tasks he/she may assign.

Education & Interpretation


Educational Experience Coordinator (PT, Hourly)

JOB SUMMARY 

Heritage Hill’s Education Department has helped educate thousands of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula’s children for many years. The Educational Experience Coordinator will help the Education Department make sure daily visitors and special event visitors have an extraordinary experience. The Educational Experience Coordinator position is essential for creating an atmosphere of going back in time, which includes distributing historic clothing for interpreters as well as planning historic activities and games for the public to participate in.

Discovery History Camp Intern (Seasonal, Part Time) 

JOB SUMMARY (will download when clicked) 

The Discover History Day Camp Intern, along with other camp leaders, will communicate the regional history of Green Bay and northeast Wisconsin to diverse audiences using various techniques and hands-on activities.  The Discover History Day Camp Intern will improve their historical knowledge and communication skills through interpreting regional history.  This position will assist with the organization and implementation of daily activities, preparation and clean up of meals, and maintain inventory of program supplies.

Farmer Gardener Intern (Seasonal, Part Time)

The Farmer/Gardener Intern is responsible for the research and organization and general care of historic gardens and animals at Heritage Hill State Historical Park. The Farmer/Gardener Intern contributes to the overall mission and vision of Heritage Hill State Historical Park. This is a unpaid internship and Heritage Hill is willing to work with existing schedules.
