PLEASE NOTE: You must make an appointment to take a tour and/or discuss your event booking. We are not able to accomodate walk-ins. 

Reserve in Advance

Heritage Hill accepts reservations up to two years in advance. We suggest reserving your date as soon as possible. If your can be flexible with your date and time, it is not necessary to book more than twelve months in advance.

Catering Services

We have an extensive list of pre-approved caterers that can help make your event special.

Event Coordinator

Each event at Heritage Hill is facilitated by our Director of Sales and Marketing, and staffed by event assistants. Each detail of your private event is attended to by our courteous and experienced staff.

Rental Time and Set Up

Wedding ceremony offer 4 hour time slots which include 1 hour for rehearsal and 3 hours day of, receptions 10 hours and showers 4 hours . Guests, vendors and event hosts will not be allowed into the facility earlier than their reserved time. Additional rental time is availaible for an additional fee.

Tables and Chairs

With the exception of the Garden Patio, all tables and chairs will be provided by Heritage Hill. When renting the Garden Patio, the client is responsible for renting the tables, chairs and tent.
