General Wedding Information
Reserve in Advance
Heritage Hill accepts wedding reservations up to two years in advance. We suggest reserving your date as soon as possible. If you can be flexible with your wedding date and time, it is not necessary to book more than twelve months in advance.
We have an extensive list of pre-approved caterers that can help make your event special.
Each wedding at Heritage Hill is facilitated by our Director of Sales and Marketing and overseen by two Event Assistants. Each detail of your wedding is attended to by these courteous and experienced professionals.
Arriving Early on Your Wedding Day
Because of the nature of the park, we cannot permit any early arrivals including the wedding party, musicians and florists. The 1 hour reheasral and 3 hours day of rental of the church or gazebo are generally sufficient time for setup, a beautiful ceremony and pictures following the service. If available additional time can be reserved, contact the Private Events Manager for pricing information.
The Wedding Ceremony
Heritage Hill does not provide on officiate to preside over the ceremony. We do maintain a list of ministers and judges that have done services here before that we recommend. Please contact our Sales and Marketing Director, Rebecca for more information at 920-448-5150 ext 304.
Extras and Special Requests
Included on our recommended service providers list are the names of trusted professionals in the area that can help you with every need you have. You are not limited to these providers. The list includes; dove releases, horse-drawn carriages, photographers, officiates and musicians
