General Reception Information
- Rental Time is a 5-hour time slot (additional time may be booked for a fee).
- Chair and table set up is included for indoor venues. For outdoor venues, tables, chairs, and tents would be through an approved vendor.
- All set up, decorating, clean-up, and pictures must be done within your rental time.
- All beverage and alcohol sales must be through Gerczak’s Liquor & Beverage Catering.

Education Center: Upper Level
Occupancy 150 guests, seated
The upper level and balcony overlooking Heritage Hill boasts stunning views of Lambeau Field and the Fox River. Recently remodeled flooring and lighting highlights the vaulted ceilings and west-facing windows. The space includes a full catering kitchen for use by approved catering vendors.
Education Center: Lower Level
Occupancy up to 80 guests, seated
The lower level features hardwood floors, exposed beams, and a bar. This space is perfect for smaller receptions or dancing and cocktails following dinner. Includes Einstein lights, which add a perfect touch to make this space so unique.
Garden Patio
Occupancy up to 200 guests, seated
The Garden Patio showcases the beautiful sunset over the Fox River. This space can accommodate a larger tent, which can be rented from an approved vendor. Music may be played outdoors until 10:00 pm.

- Sound System – Speaker system and microphone can connect to your phone, tablet or computer.
- Park Tram – Seats up to 12 people, with ADA accessible ramp.
