Textile Arts Day (Saturday)

Textile Arts Day is back for the fourth year! Visitors will have the chance to view multiple models of spinning wheels, learn about different types of fiber arts, get hands-on with a variety of raw fibers, and ask questions of these textile experts.

 

This year we are excited to welcome or welcome back:

• The Arachne Spinners.
• Green Bay Chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America.
• Wisconsin Handweavers Guild.
• Mary Silver, who will be sharing natural dying techniques over an open fire.
• Our own interpreters demonstrating various textile arts in our very own Textile Arts Center and La Baye.
