Textile Arts Day

Textile Arts Day is back for the third year and our roster of visiting textile experts continues to grow! Visitors will have the chance to view multiple models of spinning wheels, learn about different types of fiber arts, get hands-on with a variety of raw fibers, and ask questions of these textile experts.

This year we are excited to welcome back the Arachne Spinners, Green Bay Chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America and Wisconsin Handweavers Guild. We’ll also be welcoming for the first time the Evergreen Quilters Guild, Green Bay Modern Quilters Guild, Green Bay Featherweight Club, and Mary Silver, who will be sharing natural dying techniques over an open fire. And additional groups may be added, so stay tuned for more updates to this fun annual event!
