Private Events
Heritage Hill is available year round to host reunions, baby and bridal showers, family gatherings, birthday parties, etc.
Indoor facilities:
- Upper Level Education Center
- Lower Level Education center
Outdoor Facilities:
- Garden Patio (tables/chairs/tent must be rented by renter)
Our rental for these types of events start at 4 hours (Additional time is available to be rented)
The rentals include the following:
* Room use for up to 4 hours. Includes any setup you or any vendors you are working with would have planned for your event. Additional rental time can be purchased for an additional fee (based on availability).
* The setup and tear down of tables and chairs (Linens are not provided)
* Clean up (renter is responsible for cleaning off tables and ensuring all trash is thrown out in trash cans)
* An Event Host to assist with your event (as needed)
* Onsite Free Parking
- For groups of 60, we allow you to bring in your own food & beverage (no alcohol) with a signed food waiver on file or cater from our approved vendor list.
- For groups of over 60 guests, our approved caterers will handle all food requests for events at Heritage Hill and you can work directly with them for your event.

- All alcoholic beverage service for scheduled events on HH premises must be purchased and served through Heritage Hill.
- Other arrangements can be made upon request.
**Please note that rental rates vary on Friday and Saturdays during our busy/high demand season (June – October)**
