The Poe Society Radio Hour presents:
The Woman in Black
When Arthur Kipps, a young solicitor, is sent to attend the funeral of Mrs. Drablow in the eerie town of Crythin Gifford, he sees the woman in black for the first time, a woman who will continue to haunt him in what is to become the most terrifying experience of his life.
Adapted into an hour length radio play, featuring live foley (sound effects), the evening will open and close with a dramatic reading of two Poe poems by the man in black himself (not Johnny Cash), Edgar Allan Poe. The evening will also feature a bar with spooky cocktails, popcorn, Poe merch, and a bonfire!
Performed by Play-By-Play Theatre!
Doors open at 6:00 pm, performance starts at 7:00 pm and is approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Seating is General Admission.
The performance will take place in the Allouez Townhall, a 5 minute walk from the Education Center. Tram service will be available.
